Vanilla Bean is owned and operated by Colleen and Alexa - mother & daughter- turned bakery owners and adventurers in the food truck business! Colleen has been baking since she was a child in her easy bake oven. After dreaming and being told by friends and family to open a bakery for years, Alexa set the wheels in motion, literally! Working together as a family is our greatest strength and we are always excited for the next step in this adventure.
